Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and unused condition, in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging and all included components. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@pedallab.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how to return your item. Returns must be sent by post. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fees and Restocking Fees Return Shipping: We provide a prepaid shipping label. Return shipping is free of charge for all eligible returns (including change of mind and defective items). Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees applied to any returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act, you have a right to a full refund for faulty goods within 30 days of receipt.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalised products (e.g., bespoke builds or engraved items).

  • Gift cards.

UK and European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped to the UK or the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days. Please note that if you are returning a full order, we will also refund the cost of standard outbound delivery.
