2. Orders and Contract Formation When you place an order with Pedal Lab, you are making an offer to purchase goods. A legally binding contract is only formed once we have processed your payment and sent you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing and Payments All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our secure Shopify checkout. We accept all major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed on the site.

4. Delivery We will deliver the goods to the address you specify in your order. Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. Under UK law, if we fail to deliver within 30 days of your order, you have the right to cancel for a full refund.

5. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period) Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us at info@pedallab.co.uk. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

6. Limitation of Liability Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or fraud. Pedal Lab shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the contract.

7. Faulty Goods In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your goods are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Beyond 30 days, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement.

8. Intellectual Property Unless otherwise stated, Pedal Lab and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

9. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
