Delivery Costs

Delivery is free on every e-bike and electric trike we sell, to any UK address. Accessories and other orders under £50 have a standard delivery charge of £4.99, shown at checkout before you pay.

Order Confirmation

When you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card; however, your card will not be charged immediately. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for shipment. Once confirmed, we will process the payment and your order will be prepared for dispatch. If there is any delay, such as an item being on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you via email to discuss how you would like to proceed.

Order Delivery

Assuming your item is in stock, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days of placing your order, please reach out to us at info@pedallab.co.uk so that we can assist you.

Damages

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged after delivery, please send clear photos of the damaged items and the packaging to info@pedallab.co.uk within 24 hours so that we can process a claim and arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Cancellations and Refunds

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@pedallab.co.uk. If your order has already been dispatched, you can still return it under our Refund Policy: returns of faulty, damaged or incorrect items are collected free of charge, and for change-of-mind returns of e-bikes and electric trikes a £50 courier collection charge applies. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
