Important: 250W vs 350W
The 250W model is an electrically assisted pedal cycle (EAPC). You can ride it on UK roads and cycle paths like a normal bicycle.
The 350W model is not an EAPC. In the UK it is classed as a motor vehicle, so it can't be ridden on public roads, cycle paths or other public land unless it is type-approved, registered, taxed and insured and the rider holds a driving licence. It is sold for use on private land, with the landowner's permission, only.
